You can either choose to collect your order from our shop in Hove or you can opt to have the order delivered to your home address (or an alternative chosen address). Please note, we use a local courier so you may not receive a notification when the courier has the parcel. If you need an update on your delivery, please feel free to call our office for an update.

Once you have received a notification to advise your order has been completed, the courier will aim to deliver to you within 1-3 working days. Please note, some orders can be delayed due to stock levels.

We are not open on the weekends or Bank Holidays. We also close for a period over Christmas but this changes every year and we will update our website accordingly. Our usual opening hours are 9am until 5pm between Monday and Friday.
All items that are available on the website are also available to purchase in our shop. There may be items that are out of stock so if you are unsure, you can always give us a call to check before you come along to purchase.
As you may have seen, Conway Street is currently closed due to construction works. To find our car park, you will need to enter the car park via Ellen Street. The car park is located in between Industrial House and The Agora building. There are allocated free parking spaces available.

Our busy time usually starts at the beginning of July up until the middle of September. Please note, from the second week of August until the school term starts queues can be very overwhelming so we recommend purchasing uniform earlier if you can.
Due to high demand and stock levels, there will be a cut off point for orders placed after a certain date. Any orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to be completed/received before the new school term starts. Please check this on our website if you are ordering in August/September.
When you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification to advise this (if you do not receive an email, please double check your email address & junk folder. If this is correct, please call the office so we can send it to you manually).
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a further notification to advise your order has been completed.
If you have chosen to collect your order, please wait for a member of the team to call you and advise it is ready.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept VISA & MASTERCARD credit and debit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We also accept payment via the telephone for credit and debit cards. Please be aware, that no order will be despatched for shipping until it is paid for in full.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us at [email protected] as quickly as possible. If the order is still processing through our warehouse, then it may be possible to make amendments to it or to cancel it. Unfortunately orders that have been dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled.
Items can be returned/exchanged, please see below
– Full refund within 14 working days
We will accept any returns as long as you can provide proof of purchase (receipt) and as long as the item is unworn, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will refund the full amount you paid for the item on its return and successful inspection.
– Exchange within 28 days
In addition to this, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size or colour (if we have the relevant size or colour available).
– Important information
Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
- Items personalised with pupil’s initials or name including name tags.
- Socks and Mouth guards.
You will be contacted by a member of our team to notify you of an out of stock item and offered two options; either an alternative product where appropriate and available or to wait for the item in question to return in stock. Where we can, we will give you an estimated date for the stock to arrive.
In the first instance Please check your voicemail and email (don’t forget to check your spam folder) as one of our sales assistants may have tried to contact you to inform you of an item (or more) being out of stock. If you wish to enquire about the delivery date for your remaining items, or discuss something regarding your order, please contact us at [email protected]
If you would like to change your order to be delivered you can do this by calling our office. We will take a payment over the phone for the carriage and organise for your order to be posted. Please note, if you call before 12pm, the order is likely to be despatched on the same day.
Yes, our shop is wheelchair accessible. Our entrance has double doors so both doors can be opened if needed. There are no stairs or steps.
We do offer a discount period in Easter and the Summer holidays. This will be communicated to you by the school along with a discount code. Our discounts only apply to orders placed online. The discount is usually 10% but there may be other discounts we do but these will also be communicated to you by the school.
Refund are processed once the item(s) has been received and inspected to ensure it is resalable. It will take around 5-7 working days to receive your refund if you paid via debit or credit card. If you have paid via PayPal, this is usually received within 2-3 working days.
